January 2010 Policy Updates The NHTA Executive Committee has 3 new Policy updates. Please review as these will affect adjudicatiors and Theatre Companies.
PRODUCTION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Venues for productions must be within the New Hampshire state line. Productions whose venues are outside of the New Hampshire state line are ineligible for Adjudication. DETAILS
ADJUDICATOR ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENTS: Adjudicators from "Sister" Theatre Companies cannot Adjudicate each others productions. "Sister" Theatre Companies are defined as both Theatre Companies having 50% or more of the board members serving on both boards. Adjudicators are required to notify NHTA Administrators immediately if they receive an Adjudication assignment which conflicts with this policy. DETAILS
YOUTH PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS: No Academic productions are eligible. An Academic production is defined as being produced or funded by groups that are programs within a formal educational institutions which run full time academic programs outside of theater.
