Policy: Minimum Winning Score for Award Qualification It is in keeping with the spirit and intent of the awards, that the NHTA will only present an award in each category if the highest ranked submission in that category scores at or above a certain standard.
The minimum score to receive a NH Theatre Award in any category is: 50
The New Hampshire Theatre Awards were established to recognize, affirm and encourage excellence in the performing theater arts in the state of New Hampshire. Each production (and each subsequent category) submitted for adjudication is evaluated on its own individual merit. Each submission is scored and subsequently ranked against all other submissions in the same category. An award is then presented to the highest ranked submission, provided the submission attains an established minimum required score for its category. If no submission attains the minimum required score, an award will not be presented in that category.
