1. Assignments are typically made 60 or more days before an assigned Production opens to Primary Adjudicators.  Automated Assignments will never be made less than 45 days before a production opens.
2. All Adjudication Assignments are done via email
3. Adjudicators are expected to confirm their attendance date via email or phone with the Producing Theatre Company’s Liaison no later than 7 days prior to the Production’s open date
4. After the confirmation is done, this date must be entered into the NHTA Website
5. Adjudication Assignments (ballots) must be submitted on the website and fully scored with comments within 30 days of the assigned Productions closing date
6. A successful submission of a Ballot will generate an email sent to the Adjudicator containing the submitted scores and comments IMPORTANT: Only fully completed ballots are considered submitted

ADJUDICATOR ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Each Adjudicator can adjudicate up to a maximum of 8 Productions, per year
2. Each Adjudicator can adjudicate only 1 Production per Producing Theater Company, per year
3. An Adjudicator's affiliated Theatre Company's adjudicators will adjudicate only 1 Production per Producing Theater Company, per year
4. Adjudicators from "Sister" Theatre Companies cannot Adjudicate each others productions.  "Sister" Theatre Companies are defined as both Theatre Companies having 50% or more of the board members serving on both boards.  Adjudicators are required to notify NHTA Administrators immediately if they receive an Adjudication assignment which conflicts with this policy.
   

"AFTER THE FACT" ASSIGNMENTS

1. Adjudicators will not be assigned "after" they have seen a Production
2. Adjudicators may be assigned "after" they have seen a Production IF they see the same Production again and after the assignment has been made

REASSIGNMENT REQUESTS

1. Reassignment requests only accepted when made by the assigned Adjudicators via the NH Theatre Awards website at http://www.NHTAdjudication.org . IMPORTANT: email requests will not be accepted!
2. Adjudicators should look to their Theater Company’s Adjudicators for replacement
   1. If a replacement is available in the same Adjudicating Theater Company, please note who the replacement is in the “Reassignment Request” comments field on the website
   2. If a replacement is not available in the same Adjudicating Theater Company, please note that a replacement was not found in the “Reassignment Request” comments field on the website
3. Adjudicators should inform their Liaisons of any Reassignment Requests

IMPORTANT: Please do not look outside your Theater Company for replacements. Requests for replacements outside your Theater Company will not be honored.
